CNC OXYFUEL GAS PROFILE CUTTING MACHINES:

We can design and cut any shape to order with our 3 in house machines, with scanning and a cutting width of 4000x2000 mm. We stock S275JR,S355's,BOILER PLATE and EN8/C45 steels ranging from 15mm upto 150mm thick.

CNC PLASMA CUTTING MACHINES:

We have 2 plasma cutting machines with a cutting area of 3000x1500,perfect for hi definition CNC automated cutting. We stock 2mm-3mm-4mm-5mm-6mm-8mm-10mm and 12mm steel plates plus various chequer plate

LUMSDEN SURFACE GRINDING:

We surface grind both faces to commercial tolerances on both flatness and thickness.We have 2 lumsden grinding machines with a 60" table and a 36" table for all your grinding requirements.
